Wild sumac roasted golden beets, brown butter fresh naan, lemon garlic broccolini, house made hummus

Slow roasted tomatillo pork confit, lemon parmesan crema, toasted chochoyotes, and lemon beet greens

Main Course Options

Wagyu filet mignon rubbed with brown sugar and coffee, green peppercorn au poivre

XL sea scallops, toasted masa mole, za’atar crema, fresh herbs
